Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PopSomeTools ("the Service"), operated by PopSomeTools ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at app.popsometools.com.au and via the PopSomeTools Android app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

PopSomeTools is a reseller business dashboard designed to help individual sellers track inventory, manage expenses, and edit listing photos. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PopSomeTools cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by visiting popsometools.com.au/delete-account. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

3. Free & Pro Plans

Free plan: Unlimited inventory tracking and expense logging. Photo editing limited to 25 exports per month.

Pro plan: Unlimited photo editing, advanced analytics (Sourcing ROI, Platform Breakdown), and Tax Report CSV export. Billed monthly ($7.99 AUD) or annually ($69 AUD) via Stripe.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into PopSomeTools — inventory, expenses, sale records, and presets. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You can export your data at any time using the CSV export features in the app. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from account deletion or circumstances outside our control.

5. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep PopSomeTools available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PopSomeTools is a tool to assist your business decisions — profit calculations and reports are estimates based on data you enter, and should not be relied upon as financial or legal advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PopSomeTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
